Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Executive to join our team at AdvikMNC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and promote New products
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address customer queries and concerns and provide solutions to their requirements

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To achieve and exceed the assigned sales target.
2. Increase the width and depth of distribution of company products as per agreed norms and targets
3. Establishing ties with Distributors and Trade partners.
4. Travel and visit the customers and channel partners across the Region. Work in the market at least 14 days in a month
5. Handle multiple sales-channels, i.e: Retail, Stand Alone Modern Trade, Wholesale and ensure monthly increasing revenues and product placement.
6. Lead, train and guide a team of Frontline Sales Personnel (SOs/ISRs), and ensure they meet their monthly targets. \
7. Analyze sales data and make decisions based on them
8. To efficiently forecast sales, and ensure manager is aware of requirements.
9. Liaison with dispatch to ensure availability of products
10. Conduct timely and structured review of the team
Education Qualification Required
Graduate/Post-Graduation in Management / MBA in Sales and Marketing specialization preferred

Experience
1. Graduate 6+ years of FMCG / OTC experience
2. MBA 3+ years of experience in FMCG / OTC
